| 450 g of baby squid
| 1 onion
| White wine
| Sweet or hot paprika
| Flour
| Red pepper
| Asparagus
| Garlic
| Salt
| Oil
| Parsley
| Tomato


| Defrost, wash and drain the baby squid.
| In a shallow pan, add the oil, onion and chopped tomato, garlic, baby squid and a pinch of salt.
| Leave them to cook on a low heat, stirring occasionally.
| In a bowl, mix white wine, a spoonful of flour, sweet or hot paprika and parsley to your taste.
| Add this mix to the baby squid and leave it to cook for 10 more minutes.
| Serve with grilled pepper and asparagus.
