Cleaned Cuttlefish +

| 400 g cleaned cuttlefish
| 150 g rice
| 2 cloves of garlic
| 1 onion
| Oil
| Salt
| Black pepper
| 4 g Cuttlefish black ink

Preparation:

| Defrost, wash and drain the cuttlefish.
| Boil the rice in the cuttlefish ink.
| Fry the cuttlefish with a clove of garlic and the onion, both chopped.
| Serve with a glass of rice and alioli (made with garlic, salt and oil).
