| 450 g baby squid
| 150 g flour
| 1 large onion, chopped
| 4 cherry tomatoes
| 1 courgette, cut into thin strips
| 3 sprigs of rosemary
| 3 physalis
| Salt
| Oil


| Defrost, wash and drain the baby squid.
| Sprinkle with salt, coat with flour and fry in plenty of hot oil.
| Serve with caramelised onion, and garnish to taste with the cherry tomatoes, courgette, rosemary and physalis.
