Baby squid +

| 450 g baby squid
| 200 g thick noodles
| 50 g fresh broad beans
| 50 garden peas
| Salt
| Oil
| Saffron
| 1 onion, chopped
| 1 clove of garlic, chopped
| 1 tomato, chopped


| Defrost, wash and drain the baby squid.
| Warm the oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic.
| Add the baby squid and leave to fry before removing from the pan. In their place, add the tomato and enough water to cook the noodles.
| Season with salt, pepper and saffron.
| After 15 minutes, add the broad beans and baby squid.
| Leave to cook for 5 more minutes before serving.
