Ingredients:

Large Raw Octopus +

| 2 bags of chopped and cooked octopus 285 g each bag
| Extra virgin olive oil
| Coarse salt
| Sweet and hot paprika
| 4 large unpeeled potatoes, sliced into thick rounds
| 4 sprigs of rosemary
| Chives

Preparation:

| Defrost and drain the chopped octopus
| Cut potatoes into thick slices, wash.
| Cook them with skin.
| Arrange the potato slices on a serving plate and add a layer of chopped octopus on top.
| Add salt, paprika and oil, then garnish with a sprig of rosemary and chopped chives.
