Cleaned Chopped Cuttlefish +

| 360 g cleaned chopped cuttlefish
| Oil
| Salt
| Black pepper
| 3 large potatoes, thinly sliced
| 3 red peppers, chopped
| 1 lemon
| Balsamic vinegar

Preparation:

| Defrost, wash and drain the cuttlefish.
| Fry the potatoes and peppers in plenty of hot oil.
| Brown the cuttlefish on both sides on a very hot grill.
| Serve with a slice of lemon and a splash of balsamic vinegar.
