| 360 g cuttlefish
| Oil
| Salt
| 3 Garlic Cloves
| 2 Sprigs of Parsley
| 4 Cherry tomatoes
| Red cabbage
| 1 Lemon
| 8 Baby potatoes


| Defrost, wash and drain the cuttlefish.
| Thinly slice and sauté the potatoes, then fry the cuttlefish on a very hot grill until golden brown.
| Spread the potatoes evenly on a serving dish.
| Place the cuttlefish on top and add olive oil, chopped garlic and parsley.
| Garnish with cherry tomatoes, a few strips of red cabbage and a slice of lemon.
