| 220 g Rice
| Oil
| 2 Tomatoes
| Water
| Saffron
| Salt
| 2 Garlic Cloves
| 1 Onion
| Parsley


| Peel the king prawns by reserving the shells and heads.
| In a pot with hot oil, brown the onion and then add the shells and heads. Cover with water and boil for 20 min, drain the water and reserve.
| Gild the peeled prawns and set aside.
| Sauté garlic and chopped tomatoes. Add saffron, rice and stir. Then add the boiling broth stock, salt to taste and cook over medium heat for 16 min.
| Cover and let stand for 5 min.
| Put the rice on a plate and decorate with the king prawn and the parsley.
