Chopped Boiled Octopus +

| 2 bags of cooked octopus 250 g
| Extra virgin olive oil
| Course salt
| Sweet and hot paprika
| 1 avocado
| 1 lemon
| 1 green and 1 red pepper
| 3 tomatoes
| 1 large onion
| Chives

Preparation:

| Chop the octopus
| Peel the avocado and place in a blender with a little onion, red and green pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
| Use this sauce as a base for the dish, arranging layers of chopped tomato, onion and pepper on top.
| Lastly, add a layer of chopped octopus and dress with salt, paprika and oil.
| Garnish to taste.
