Ingredients:

Chopped Squid +

| 475 g chopped squid
| 400 g rice
| 1 red pepper, chopped
| 1 onion, chopped
| 1 large tomato, chopped
| 100 g garden peas
| 1 spring onion, chopped
| Salt
| Paprika

Preparation:

| Defrost, wash, drain and chop the squid.
| Warm the oil in a pan and sauté the onion, pepper and tomato. At the same time, put the rice on to cook.
| Add the squid to the onion mixture, season to taste, then add the peas and a glass of water and leave to cook for 20 minutes.
| Serve the squid stew on a bed of rice. Garnish with spring onion and field flowers.
