Humboldt Squid Fillet +

| 400 g Humboldt squid
| 10 baby carrots
| 1 jar of black olives
| Saffron
| Oil
| 1 onion, chopped
| Salt
| 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
| White wine


| Defrost, wash, drain and cut the jumbo squid into strips
| Warm the oil in a pan, then add the garlic, onion, carrots , saffron, squid strips and a splash of water and white wine.
| Leave to stew for 20 minutes.
| Serve with the black olives and a mint leaf.
