Small Squid +

| 360 g small cuttlefish
| Oil
| Salt
| 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
| Parsley
| 1 red pepper, finely chopped
| 2 egg
| 1 onion, finely chopped
| A few shrimp
| Escarole
| Forest fruits

Preparation:

| Defrost, wash and drain the cuttlefish.
| Gently fry a little onion, garlic, pepper and shrimp.
| Hard boil the egg, chop and mix into the fried vegetables and shrimp.
| Stuff the cuttlefish with this mixture.
| Blend the remaining mixture to form the base of the dish.
| Fry the cuttlefish and serve on top of the sauce base with the escarole and forest fruits.
